Non-profit national Ophthalmic Societies or visual sciences associations of the territory may apply to join MEACO as a member society.

Members Requirements

  • Have a governing board, hold regular elections and regular meetings.
  • Be engaged in activities related to the science of Ophthalmology and visual sciences.
  • Support the mission and activities of MEACO.
  • Be represented in MEACO General Assembly by their Society President, or appointed delegate.
  • Pay membership fees as determined by the Executive Committee and approved by the General Assembly.
  • Complete any required documentation/forms.
